On November 23rd, Area Science Park, partner in the Urban Transports Community, will participate in the A-RING R&I Alpine Region Talk.
The University of Milan organizes the international conference "R&I Alpine Region Talk" inviting young professionals and researchers to participate to share their experience and points of view on three topics: Smart Mobility, Green Energies and Industry 4.0. Marco Slavich, from UTC partner Areas Science Park, will contribute from his technological foresight activity, which led to the elaboration of the 2 studies produced by Urban Transports on trends related to electrification of mobility and connected & automated vehicles, to enhance aspects and advantages of new forms of mobility, not sustainable only from an environmental point of view but above all from a social point of view (taking into account the specificities of the Alpine area).
The conference will take place in hybrid mode, with the speakers in attendance at the Napoleonic Hall of Palazzo Greppi, in Milan on November 23rd from 10:00 to 13:00. It will be live streamed on Zoom and questions can be asked directly in the chat. The event will be divided in two main sessions:
10:00-11:45 | Greetings and Presentations – After a brief introduction to the A-RING project, the young speakers will introduce their work on the three topics
12:00-13:00 | Panel Discussion – Three rounds of thematic discussion to explore in depth the strategic topics
